ABOUT DYLAN
From a young age Dylan Caltabiano had a passion for film. From putting on impromptu shows in her parents’ living room, to begging for acting lessons at just 5 years old, she made her mind up early: Dylan was destined for the film industry.
Dylan was born and raised in New Jersey. After spending her childhood years moonlighting in school plays, she went off to attend Eckerd College and Fordham University for undergraduate education. Dylan received a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a concentration in film, and a minor in visual arts. After her graduation, she worked at a commercial production company for one year as an office production assistant. Later that same year, Dylan was cast in the independent film Chasing Yesterday, and her love for the craft was solidified. She ultimately made the decision to return to school for formal acting training. Dylan studied the Meisner Acting Technique at the Maggie Flanigan Studio in New York City, completing the two-year program.
Beyond the world of acting, Dylan also has a deep passion for humanitarian work. During her time at Eckerd College, she traveled through Southeast Asia and Eastern Africa conducting service work at schools and orphanages. Dylan’s dream, and ultimate career goal, is to incorporate her drive to help others with her lifelong love for film.
